There are two logins, depending on what you need to do. If you’re not sure, the licence portal is the one with your purchases.

Move a licence to another computer yourself, at midnight, without calling anyone.
- One account, every product. Every licence you’ve bought from FusionAir, the computers running them and the current installer for each, in one place.
- See where you stand. Each licence shows its key with a copy button, a meter of how many units are in use and how many are free, and every computer using it with when it was last seen.
- Replaced a computer or rebuilt one? Press Deactivate and its units go straight back into the pool, ready for the new machine. You can do this yourself three times per licence, and clearing a whole licence at once counts as one.
- Always the current installer. Downloads are read live from our update server, with what changed in each release.
- Billing in plain sight. What you’ve paid, when, for what, with the tax and the total. We never hold your card number; the payment processor does.
Signing in
Use the email address and password you chose when you bought. That email is your username.
Forgot your password? Reset it from the login page with a link we email you.
Your licence key is never your password, so a forwarded receipt can’t open your account.

See which of your codecs are online right now, from anywhere.
- Every codec on your account, online ones first: whether it’s registered right now, software or hardware, what it last connected with, and how long since an offline one was seen.
- Share with another station. Invite them by email, and once they accept, each of you sees the other’s codecs. Either side can stop sharing at any time.
- Requests in one place. Invitations waiting for you, the ones you’ve sent, and everyone you’re sharing with now.

First time, or forgot your password? Click “No login yet, or forgotten your password?” and enter the email your codec software is registered with.
We email you a six-digit code. Enter it, give your station name, choose a password, and you’re in.
